Hi, I’m Khokan Das — co-founder of BusinessCampus.in.
For over 17 years, I’m associated with a single organization John Deere (Deere & Company, USA) — one of the world’s most respected industrial and agricultural equipment manufacturers. During this journey, I have the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with diverse teams across geographies. I began my career learning the nuts and bolts of how large organizations function — from process improvement and project execution to people leadership. Over time, I took on managerial roles, where I learned first-hand strategy, systems, and execution align (or sometimes misalign) in global organizations.
